Sharon Croft

Sharon Croft, MBA, is an accomplished professional currently serving as the National Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Director of Operations at Maximus Canada since January 2022, where the organization focuses on providing cost-effective services that enhance the lives of individuals across Canada. Prior to this role, Sharon held the position of Operations Manager for the North American Region at Right Management from July 2009 to April 2021 and worked as a Certified Recruitment Consultant at Head2Head from May 2005 to June 2009. Sharon's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from the University of Cumbria (2018-2020), a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources, English, and Business from Ryerson University, and a Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University (2020).
