Andreas Andersson has extensive work experience in the field of customer success and customer care. Andreas started their career at Telia in 2004 as a Retail Salesperson and then moved on to become a Content Editor for Flows and Demands. In 2010, they joined Deltek where they initially worked as a Customer Care Analyst and later transitioned to the role of a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they hold the position of a Team Lead / Senior Customer Success Manager at Deltek.
Andreas Andersson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Växjö University, where they attended from 2001 to 2004.
