Karen Guzman

Karen Guzman has a work experience spanning over two companies. Karen started working at AAA Auto Club South in 2000 as a Technical Specialist and worked there until February 2001. Karen then joined Deltek in February 2001 as a Technical Engineer and later held various roles including Team Leader, Senior Support Analyst, and Senior Solutions Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Solutions Engineer at Deltek, starting in January 2021.

Karen Guzman received an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Network Engineering from Tampa Technical Institute (Remington) between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in EMT from St. Petersburg College from 1995 to 1998. In addition, they obtained a certification in Automation Pro I from Workato in March 2023.
