Joe Deluca

Joe DeLuca is the Founding Principal of DeLuca Advisory Services, a boutique investigative and advisory firm established in 2019 that specializes in solving complex client problems through the expertise of industry leaders in law enforcement, risk management, integrity monitoring, and compliance. Prior to founding DLA, Joe DeLuca served as Chief Compliance Officer at SWAC and held the position of Executive Vice President for the Americas at K2 Intelligence from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, Joe DeLuca co-founded Thacher Associates, LLC, where Joe served as President from 1996 to 2012. Early in the career, Joe DeLuca worked as Assistant Deputy Inspector General and Chief of Operations at the New York City School Construction Authority, as well as Chief of Analysis at both the New York State Organized Crime Task Force and the New Jersey State Police. Joe DeLuca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Salem University and a Master of Public Administration from West Virginia University.
