Maribel Hines, MBA, SPHR, CPLP, serves as the Vice President of Talent Management, Inclusion & Belonging at Deluxe since November 2022, overseeing talent strategy and DEIB practices for a global workforce of over 4,000 employees. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent, Culture & Inclusion at Atara Biotherapeutics, where strategic leadership guided talent management and cultural initiatives for 550-plus employees, and Sr. Director of Global Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion at Guitar Center, where Maribel launched impactful talent development programs for 10,000 associates. With additional experience at Universal Music Group and Warner Bros. Entertainment Group in key roles focusing on talent development and engagement, Maribel's career began at Herbalife in various training and development positions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy & Management from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, with further studies toward a PsyD in Business Consulting at The Chicago School.
