Michael Seluga

Michael Seluga, PE, LEED AP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Michael is currently serving as the Wastewater Market Lead at Delve Underground since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at McMillen Jacobs Associates as the Wastewater Market Lead East - Lead Associate from May 2021 to February 2023, and as a Lead Associate from March 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining McMillen Jacobs Associates, Michael was the Land Engineering Team Leader at VHB from July 2019 to March 2020. Michael also served as a Sr. Project Manager at Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District from March 2019 to June 2019, and as a Project Manager from June 2014 to March 2019. Earlier in their career, they fulfilled the role of Sr. Project Engineer at URS Corporation from April 2013 to June 2014.

Michael started their professional journey as a Project Engineer at AECOM's Water division in October 2011, specializing in wastewater conveyance systems. Michael worked there until April 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Civil Engineer at Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. from February 2005 to October 2011, and was initially a Co-op at the same company from 2004 to 2005.

Michael began their engineering career as a Junior Engineer (Co-op) at Vollmer Associates in 2002.

Michael Seluga, PE, LEED AP graduated from Northeastern University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Michael obtained their Professional Engineer certification from the State of Massachusetts in 2009 and from the State of Ohio in 2013.
