Joe Defrancisci

Joe DeFrancisci is an accomplished managing partner at DEMACO, a leader in pasta technology, where expertise extends to serving on the Technical Affairs Committee for the National Pasta Association. A seasoned operations management executive, Joe held prominent roles such as President & CEO of General Automotive Company and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Grindmaster Corporation. As an adjunct faculty member in the Advanced Manufacturing Program at Ivy Tech Community College, Joe imparted knowledge to aspiring professionals. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include founding Pasta Montana LLC and consulting with The Highwood Group LLC. Joe's educational background encompasses a degree in Industrial Technology Education from the State University of New York at Oswego and advanced management training from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
