Bill Harrigan

Bill Harrigan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Bill started as a Land Acquisition Analyst at K. Hovnanian Homes in 2004 and then transitioned into investment roles at Aquiline Real Estate Partners and Aquiline Capital Partners. In 2016, they founded their own company, Bateleur Advisors LLC, where they served as the Founder & Managing Principal. Most recently, in 2020, Bill joined Demand Science as the Chief Strategy Officer.

Bill Harrigan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University between 1999 and 2003. Bill furthered their education by completing a Master of Science degree in Real Estate at New York University from 2005 to 2007.
