Olga Olivia Rodriguez, MSHA, currently serves as the HRIS Operations Manager at DemandScience, responsible for implementing Ceridian Dayforce Software across six countries and providing HRIS applications support. Prior to this role, Olga spent nearly two decades at UMC Health System, where positions ranged from Information Technology Financial Systems Manager—leading ERP implementation and managing business systems—to Contracts Manager, overseeing the first electronic Contract Management System. Olga also held roles as an Information Technology Business Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator, specializing in application support and process automation. Olga holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
