Tracy Wray

Tracy Wray is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Digital Customer Success at Demandbase since August 2023. Previous roles include Head of Scaled Customer Success Programs at Fivetran, where Tracy established the first Scaled Success team, and Director of Customer Success at KlickTrack INC, managing a remote team across the United States. Tracy built the Customer Success department at Ascend Software, focusing on operationalizing management functions, and led a successful team at Green Bits Inc., a leading POS software for the cannabis industry. Additional experience includes positions at etouches, Accelo, Zenefits, Groupon, and the Chicago Fringe Festival. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from Florida State University and has participated in a Post Degree Work Abroad Program through BUNAC.
