Rory Crain has over a decade of experience in technical support and integration roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Integration Sync Support at Demandforce since April 2015, Rory is responsible for restoring sync processes for customers and supporting integration during new account onboarding. Prior roles include Technical Account Manager, where issues related to sync and integration for enterprise accounts were resolved, and Integrations Deploy Support Specialist, which involved managing integrations across multiple business verticals. Previous experience includes positions at Software Pursuits, Inc. as a Technical Support Representative, Eboat Consulting as an IT Consultant, Mindjet as a Product Support Technician, and i365 A Seagate Company as a Support Engineer. Rory holds a BA in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University and has completed education at Piedmont Adult School.
