Katelyn Plisko

Katelyn Plisko is an HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently, Katelyn serves as the HR Manager at Dematic, focusing on driving global HR initiatives for the Central Technology Office of Robotics Systems. Katelyn has developed a strategic talent plan to support workforce planning and talent development, contributing to the company's growth in Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). Previously, Katelyn held roles as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Adient, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and translating business goals into HR initiatives. Katelyn's earlier experience includes recruiting for various engineering and finance positions at EPITEC, where leadership was supported through job order management and client relations.
