Kaitlin Reese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and merchandising. Currently serving as a Senior Product Innovation Manager and previously as a Customer Solutions Manager at Demco, Inc., Kaitlin has successfully launched nine new product lines within the past year, driving product development from concept to market while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Prior roles include Product Manager at Safco Products, where key responsibilities encompassed managing a $5M product portfolio and enhancing communication skills through international supplier engagement.
