Jan Tachelet

Jan Tachelet is a Project Engineer at DEME Group with extensive experience in offshore wind farm projects, specifically the Coastal Virginia, Saint-Nazaire, Hornsea 1, Triton Knoll, and Borssele 1 & 2 offshore wind farms. Responsibilities include preparation and execution works for the installation of monopile and transition piece foundations using various installation vessels, along with logistics coordination. Jan Tachelet holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a major in Dredging and Offshore Engineering from Ghent University and additional degrees in Civil Engineering Technology and Engineering from KU Leuven. Previous experience includes roles as an intern assistant foreman and a lifeguard.
