Teri Trejo

Teri Trejo has a diverse work experience. Teri started their career in 1997 as a Science Teacher at Deming Public Schools, where they taught various science subjects and took on additional responsibilities such as Department Head, Technology Champion, and Mentor Teacher. In 2003, they became an Instructional Leader at the same organization. After that, they served as an Assistant Principal at Deming High School from 2005 to 2008. Teri then joined Deming Public Schools again and held the roles of Assessment & Accountability Director and Executive Director of Human Resources. Additionally, Teri owned and managed Moutain Spirits RV Park from 2007 to 2012.

Teri Trejo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Science from Western New Mexico University, completing their studies from 1992 to 1996. Teri then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from the same university.
