Aria Vlachou

Aria Vlachou has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on various roles in marketing, sales, and management. Aria's most recent position is as the Business Unit Director for Primary Care in South Greece at DEMO Pharmaceuticals S.A., starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Aria worked at Novartis for over 20 years, holding various leadership positions including Respiratory Business Franchise Head, Head of Marketing & Sales Operations, NS National Sales Manager, Group Product Director for CNS Brands, Brand Director for Exelon, and Brand Director for Diabetes. Aria also has previous experience working at Merck Sharp & Dohme as a Brand Manager for Hypertension and PROSCAR, as well as a Product Specialist and Sales Representative. Aria's early career included a role as a Brand Manager at Vianex sa/MSD.

Aria Vlachou pursued a Master's degree in Decision Sciences in the field of Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business, starting in 2000 and completing it in 2001. Before that, from 1984 to 1989, Aria attended the University of Patras to study Physics, although a specific degree name was not mentioned for this period.
