Jennifer Bramble

Jennifer Bramble, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People, Culture, & Operations Officer at Democracy Forward, where they have been working since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Chalkbeat from January 2020 to October 2023. In 2019, they worked as the Chief Talent Officer at Richmond Public Schools.

Before joining Richmond Public Schools, Jennifer held leadership roles at various organizations. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at CHAP - Community Health Accreditation Partner. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at CHAP from 2016 to 2017. Jennifer also worked at the National Committee for Quality Assurance as the Assistant Director of Talent and Performance Management from 2013 to 2016. Jennifer gained valuable experience as the Senior Manager of Training and Development at the National Quality Forum from 2009 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at the American Legacy Foundation as the Manager of Collaboration & Outreach from 2002 to 2008.

Jennifer Bramble, MPA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Baruch College. Jennifer also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Management from Strayer University-Maryland. Jennifer further pursued their education and obtained a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Non Profit Management from Washington Adventist University.
