Linda O.

Linda O. serves as the Chief of Party at Democracy International since July 2023, managing day-to-day operations and liaising with key stakeholders in Ghana and Washington, DC regarding oversight, reporting, and compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Transparency International from March 2016 to June 2023, where Linda led a project promoting integrity and organized programs across Ghana to enhance accountability in public service delivery. As Executive Secretary at the Ghana Anti-Corruption Coalition from May 2014 to February 2016, Linda coordinated the establishment of Social Auditing Clubs and advocated for significant legislative reforms. Linda’s extensive career at Transparency International from 2003 to 2014 included roles as Programmes Manager and Program Officer, focusing on stakeholder engagement and project management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from GIMPA Law School, a Diploma in Development Programming from the Danish Human Rights Institute, and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Ghana Business School.
