Luis Lozada has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Luis began their career as a Computer Consultant II for the Computing Services group, followed by a role as an Application Developer for CIGNA Group Insurance from 2002-2000. In 2000, they took on a Summer Intern role at Bristol-Myers Squibb. From 2007-2013, they worked as an Associate - Intellectual Property at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where they delivered litigation-related intellectual property services and managed all aspects of domestic and foreign prosecution. From 2013-2015, they were an Associate General Counsel, Marketing and Intellectual Property at YMCA of the USA. From 2018-2020, they were the Executive Vice President at RapidCourt, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel at Democracy Works.
Luis Lozada attended Northwestern University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.). Prior to that, they attended Syracuse University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Management and Technology.
