Mark Cridge

Mark Cridge is an experienced leader in civic engagement and environmental initiatives, currently serving as the Executive Director of the National Park City Foundation and London National Park City since June 2022. In addition, Mark holds a voluntary position as a member of the London Forest and Woodland Advisory Committee since December 2023, advocating for woodland expansion in Greater London. As a Strategic Advisor for DemocracyNext, an international non-profit focused on democratic participation, Mark contributes to innovative governance strategies. Previous roles include Chief Executive at mySociety and SocietyWorks Ltd, and a board member at DOC Society, all emphasizing active citizenship and social impact. Mark's expertise also includes advisory roles at MarketReach from Royal Mail and Blue State Digital, alongside a significant history of political engagement with the Green Party of England & Wales. Mark holds a BSc in Architecture from the University of Strathclyde.
