Daniel Kürsten

Daniel K. has extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in operations and regulatory roles. At Neoen from January 2022 to April 2024, Daniel K. held multiple positions including Team Lead, Senior Operations Controller, and Operations Controller, focusing on optimizing revenue and compliance for energy and FCAS market assets while coordinating with technical experts and service providers. Prior to Neoen, Daniel K. served as a Regulatory Officer at the Clean Energy Regulator from April 2021 to January 2022, contributing to the rollout of the Solar Irradiance Methodology, which earned the team an award for excellence in innovation. Daniel K. also worked as a Regulatory Officer at the Clean Energy Regulator from November 2019 to June 2020, where responsibilities included assessing Large-Scale Power Station generation data. Daniel K. holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Science from The Australian National University, earned between January 2016 and June 2021.
