Fischer is a Principal and Vice President of ESi, Dr. Chad Fischer partners closely with the other technical leaders to drive ESi’s vision, strategy, and growth, while overseeing all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations. Highly regarded for his technical know-how, values-based leadership, and practical problem-solving skills, Dr. Fischer has been instrumental in extending ESi's reach into fast-growing markets while remaining hyper-focused on quality and execution. Most recently, he led ESi's Civil/Structural practice, where he consistently delivered strong operational and financial performance, proven commitment to ESi's purpose and people, and a clear sense of how they can bring them together in service to the clients.
