Jim Hansen

Jim Hansen has a strong work experience in the construction industry. Jim started their career at Lusardi Construction in 1988, where they worked as a Superintendent for 25 years. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating overall safety, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and subcontractor coordination. Jim also supervised and scheduled all self-performed work onsite, including grading, structural concrete, finishes, and stormwater compliance.
