Jan K.

Jan K. is an experienced leader in the social and correctional sectors, currently serving as Personaleleder at Den Sociale Virksomhed in Region Hovedstaden since March 2023, overseeing a team of approximately 120 colleagues. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Serviceleder at Region Hovedstaden from July 2022 to February 2023, managing a facility management team of 265 employees and having personnel responsibility for 80 staff members. Jan has extensive experience in the Danish correctional system, having worked for Kriminalforsorgen as Enhedsleder from August 2005 to March 2022, where contributions included daily operations and the establishment of Denmark's first women's prison.
