Nataly Vasquez Alzamora

Nataly Vasquez Alzamora is the Founder and CEO of STEMLAB, established in January 2024, focusing on promoting STEM fields to foster national development with a gender and territorial development approach. As a sustainability consultant and external project management consultant at Dench Consulting since November 2021, Nataly also served as a project and program manager at WiM Perú from April 2022 to December 2023. Previous roles include Coordinator of Social Programs at Hochschild, decentralized workshop coordinator at OMA, external consultant for Innovations for Poverty Action and GRADE, and community relations intern at Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A. Nataly’s educational background includes a diploma in mining management from GAIA Business School and specialized training in conflict prevention from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, alongside coursework in project management and a degree in Communication for Development and Public Relations.
