Ruth also co-founded WVCE in 2022. Ruth Foxe has served as a Non-Executive Director at several companies including Branch, Stable, Ejara, Raincoat, Hokodo, and The Demex Group. Additionally, they have been a Board Observer at AcreTrader and Denim. Overall, Ruth brings extensive expertise and a passion for fostering positive change in the financial industry.

Ruth Foxe Blader has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters and German from the University of Iowa. Ruth Foxe also attended The University of Freiburg for the study of German. Ruth later pursued a Master's degree in Criminology/Deviance at John Jay College (CUNY).
