Elizabeth Ann Delmolino, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Controller at Denison Parking since October 2022, Elizabeth previously held the position of Senior Auditor at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski from January 2020 to October 2022, where responsibilities included preparing and reviewing audit documentation for HUD and state agency annual audits.
