Tankut Çığır

Tankut Çığır has extensive work experience in HR and project management. Tankut started their career at Fatih Dersanesi as an IT System Analyst, where they played a key role in designing online examination systems and web-based applications. Tankut then joined Denizbank as a Commercial Banking Sales & Marketing Specialist. Afterward, they worked at TEB as a Business Solutions Senior Supervisor. Tankut then returned to Denizbank, where they held various roles such as HR Project & Planning Vice President, HR Knowledge Management & Planning Department Head, and HR & Deniz Academy SVP. In these positions, they managed HR budgets, implemented scorecards, coordinated performance development programs, and conducted Excel trainings. Tankut also worked as an Instructor at Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi. Tankut has a strong background in leadership skills, innovation, presentation skills, design thinking, and database management.

Tankut Çığır has a diverse education history. Tankut obtained a Master's Degree in Executive MBA from Sabanci University in the year 2015 to 2016. In the same year, they also completed an İşletme Yüksek Lisans Programı (MBA) in Leadership & Entrepreneurship from MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to that, they pursued a M.Sc. in Engineering Management from Marmara University between 2004 and 2006. Additionally, they hold a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University, which was achieved from 1999 to 2003. Their secondary education was completed at Kocaeli Anadolu Lisesi, where they obtained a Lise degree in Fen Matematik from 1992 to 1999.
