Michael Radford is an experienced Aircraft Instrumentation and Modification Lead who has worked in the aviation industry for over 30 years. Michael has served in various leadership roles, including as an Aircraft Maintenance Chief in the United States Air Force. Radford has a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate of Applied Science in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician from the Community College of the Air Force. Currently, Michael leads the mission-focused maintenance efforts of over 400 aircraft technicians and maintains a fleet of 200 MQ-9s. In their previous roles, Michael has demonstrated expertise in aircraft maintenance, quality assurance management, and daily maintenance planning.
