Pascal Decker has over 25 years of experience in IT service delivery and management. Pascal is currently the Global Head of IT Service Delivery at Dennemeyer, a role they have held since November 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Head of IT Service Delivery at Dennemeyer from November 2020 to November 2021.
Before joining Dennemeyer, Pascal worked at SES (Luxembourg) for over 11 years. Pascal held the position of Senior Manager, Global IT Systems from January 2015 to November 2020. In this role, they managed a global team and was responsible for budgeting, system availability, upgrades, and standardization of IT solutions. Pascal also led the Global Datacenter Consolidation project and evaluated new technologies.
From October 2005 to December 2008, Pascal served as the IT Manager at SES ASTRA. Pascal managed corporate IT solutions, budgeting, and coordination of a team. Prior to this, they worked at SES-ASTRA as the Office Automation Team Leader from March 1997 to December 2008.
Pascal's early career includes roles as a Senior PC Support Specialist at SANsymphony software from January 1997 to January 2005, and as a Customer Services Engineer at Econocom Luxembourg from January 1995 to February 1997.
Throughout their career, Pascal has gained extensive experience in IT service delivery, team management, budgeting, system availability, and evaluation of new technologies.
Pascal Decker completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1989 to 1991, they pursued a degree in Electronics and IT at the Marketing Academy in London, where they obtained a DUT qualification. Pascal then went on to the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 1991 to 1993, where they focused on Real Time Systems and earned a DEST degree. Additionally, in 1991 to 1992, Pascal also attended the Marketing Academy in London once again, this time to study Automation and Real Time Systems, leading to a DIT degree.
