Cindi Wells

Cindi Wells, MBA, FACMPE, CPC, has over 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management and operations. Currently, as the Vice President of Billing and Revenue at denova Collaborative Health, they oversee the organization's billing and revenue functions. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Integra Connect, where they managed the revenue cycle process. From 2017 to 2020, Cindi held the position of Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Global Nephrology Solutions, LLC, where they were responsible for managing physician revenue cycle, coding and credentialing teams, and supervising large personnel teams. Before that, they served as the Director of Operations at Phoenix Spine Surgery Center, where they managed billing, accounting, and IT infrastructure. Cindi also worked at Phoenix Children's Hospital as the Director of PCMG Revenue Cycle Operations, where they assisted in developing revenue cycle strategies and managing billing controls. Cindi began their career as the Practice Administrator at SUNRISE UROLOGY, PC, where they focused on financial analysis, practice policies, and increasing efficiency in billing procedures.

Cindi Wells earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University in 2003. Cindi went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, completing their studies between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their degrees, Cindi has obtained certifications including CASCC from AAPC in 2017 and FACMPE from MGMA in 2012. Cindi also obtained their CPC certification from AAPC in 2012.
