Casey K. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career as a Web Developer and Business Systems Developer at Gravity Assisted Mountain Biking, where they developed a custom CMS, an E-Commerce site, and automated office processes. Following this, Casey worked as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer and later as an Embedded Systems Software Manager at Hemisphere GNSS, where they developed navigation and machine control systems, owned the BSP for Linux and Windows targets, and created a tool suite for GNSS R&D experimentation. They then transitioned to Cyngn as a Senior Technical Program Manager, overseeing the launch of 7 Android handsets into the global market and managing device programs across teams. Currently, Casey is serving as the Senior Director of Sensor R&D at Density, responsible for hardware engineering, algorithms, and technical program management. They have also held roles as the Head of Hardware Engineering & Embedded Software at Density and as an Associate Professor at Arizona State University.
