Rod Shaw

Rod Shaw is an experienced manufacturing executive with a robust background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing for DENSO, Shaw oversees plant operations in Kentucky and Michigan, focusing on P&L and strategic direction for the production of HVAC aluminum tubing for major automotive clients. Previously, as Plant Manager at Adient, Shaw successfully turned around a struggling operation, achieving profitability in under a year. Shaw's extensive experience includes leadership roles at JTEKT North America Corporation, M-Tek Inc., Visteon, and Nissan Motor Corporation, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Rod Shaw holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Austin Peay State University.
