Nicole Lipp

Nicole Lipp is an accomplished leader in the dental industry, currently serving as North Division President at Dental Care Alliance since October 2018, where oversight includes 145 offices generating over $360M in revenue across multiple states. Previously, Lipp held the position of Division Vice President, managing operational aspects of 80 dental offices with annual revenue exceeding $210M, and focused on fostering an exceptional culture for patients and staff. As Director, Lipp led continuous improvement initiatives and collaborated with senior management on process evaluations. At Northeast Dental Management, LLC, Lipp served as Regional Manager, achieving a $2M revenue increase across 13 practice locations. Earlier experience includes Revenue Cycle Manager at Baystate Dental PC. Lipp holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Mathematics from Boston University.
