Joe Wootan

Joe Wootan is an experienced business owner and real estate professional, currently serving as the owner of Newby Heating & Cooling and managing broker at ListWithFreedom.com, Inc. since March 2020 and March 2021, respectively. With a strong background in real estate, Joe has previously worked as a quality service inspector at DENTCO and served as a real estate broker at The Modglin Group. Joe also held the position of location manager at Home Union, managing real estate investments, and gained sales expertise in e-commerce and consulting roles at Angie's List and Tyco Integrated Security. Joe's earlier experience includes sales roles at ADT Security Services and Defender Direct, as well as product advising for health insurance at United Health One/Golden Rule.
