Reeza Vij

Reeza Vij has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career at Aon Hewitt, where they worked as a Team Member involved in various processes related to TCC Learning and Performance. They also provided training to new associates and conducted audits for the team. Later, Reeza moved to Mercer, where they worked as a Process Developer in the Workforce Administration Domain, primarily focusing on creating service requests and assigning them to the processing team. They also provided training to new hires. Reeza then joined Bechtel India Pvt Ltd as a Sr. HR Operations Representative, where their responsibilities included managing the onboarding process, preparing and releasing letters for employees, and handling employee lifecycle globally. They left Bechtel in 2019 and joined Clifford Chance as a Sr. HR Expert, where they held the role of Deputy Manager focused on the Middle East region. Currently, Reeza is working at Dentons Link Legal as the Vice President of Human Resources, starting in 2023.

Reeza Vij completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, Reeza obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University between 2008 and 2011. In addition to these formal degrees, Reeza also holds additional certifications including "Certified HRBP" from Middle Earth HR, obtained in August 2020, and "O Level from DOEACC" which was obtained in May 2008.
