Lisa Sopena

Lisa SOPENA is a legal professional currently serving as a Jurist in the Legal Department at Autorité de la concurrence since August 2023. Previously, Lisa worked as a Trainee Lawyer at Reed Smith LLP, specializing in antitrust, competition, and regulatory matters from January to June 2023, and at Aston Avocats, focusing on restructuring and insolvency from January to June 2022. Lisa also gained experience as a member of the legal clinic at Université de Paris and completed an internship at Bureau d'Aide aux Victimes d'Infractions Pénales in June 2018. Educational qualifications include a Certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat from EFB, two Master’s degrees in International Business Law from Université de Paris, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law and Company Law from the University of Nottingham, and a Licence de droit from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. The academic journey began with a Baccalauréat in Économie et social from Lycée Louis Rascol.
