Nicholas Plant

Nicholas Plant serves as the Global co-head of Private Equity at Dentons since May 2013, bringing extensive expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs). Prior to this role, Nicholas was a Partner in the Corporate Team at SJ Berwin LLP from September 1996 to May 2013. Nicholas also has experience as an Associate in the Private Equity Team at Hogan Lovells, where collaboration occurred with esteemed colleagues on LBO transactions for major firms. Additionally, Nicholas completed a secondment in the legal department of Goldman Sachs in early 2002. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Modern History and Politics from the University of Southampton and a MA in Political Science from American University.
