Chris Gladson

Chris Gladson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chris began their career in 1998 as a Six Sigma Black Belt at SIEBE AUTOMOTIVE LIMITED. After that, they worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer at JTEKT Toyoda Americas Corporation for a brief period in 2002. Following this, they joined Cooper Standard as a Business Unit Manager from September 2002 to January 2006. In 2006, they joined Dentsply Sirona as a Senior Operations Manager, where they eventually reached the position of Senior Director - Operational Excellence - Global Supply Chain. Starting from 2018, Chris also took on the role of Senior Operations Manager at D&S DENTAL, LLC before leaving in 2020.

Chris Gladson has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management from Milligan College, which was completed from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same college, obtained from 2003 to 2005. In terms of certifications, Chris obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification from Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc. in 2000, and obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including "Creating a High Performance Culture," "Building Accountability into Your Culture," "Be a Better Manager by Motivating Your Team," "Creating a Culture of Collaboration," and "Lean Technology Strategy: Purposeful Organizations," all in 2022.
