Erdem Ünyay

Erdem Ünyay has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Erdem started their career at DB Schenker as a Business Development Analyst and Masterand in 2011. Erdem then worked as a Production Planning and Logistics Engineer at Hıdromek in 2012. After that, they served as a Purchasing Engineer at FNSS Savunma Sistemleri A.Ş. from 2013 to 2014. Following this, they joined the BCFN Foundation as an Alumni Barilla Foundation from 2014 to 2015. Erdem then pursued an FT-MBA at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2014 to 2015, specializing in Strategy and Finance. Erdem worked at Accenture as a Procurement Operation Analyst and later as an IT Project Manager from 2015 to 2017. Erdem then joined HARTMANN Group as a Category Management - Procurement from 2017 to 2019. After that, they worked at Hyundai AutoEver Europe GmbH as an Assistant Manager in Solution Consulting and IT Planning & Purchasing from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Erdem is employed at Dentsply Sirona as the EMEA Sourcing Lead - IT since 2022.

Erdem Ünyay has a diverse education history. Erdem began by completing their high school education at Ankara University College, specializing in Math & Natural Sciences. Erdem then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Gazi University from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they attended the Technical University of Munich from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Science degree in Transportation/Mobility Management. In 2014, Erdem pursued further education in business administration, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. In the same year, they also participated in an international study program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, focusing on marketing and intellectual capital management. Additionally, they engaged in international modules at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2015 and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in the same year, gaining insights into doing business in China and India, respectively.
