Katherine Marchiano

Katherine Marchiano currently serves as the VP of Talent & Development for the Americas Media Practice at dentsu, where Katherine is responsible for setting the strategic plan and vision for talent development across a workforce of 4,000 employees. Prior to this role, Katherine held several positions at Ingram Micro, culminating in the role of Global Talent Development Manager, where Katherine developed and executed a global strategy focused on high-performing teams and career development. Katherine also has experience in learning and organizational development, including the management of various training programs and initiatives. Earlier career roles included positions in sales support and customer service at Lansky Sharpeners, and advisory roles within the Greek community during their time at the University at Buffalo. Katherine holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
