Francois Licono has a diverse work experience in various industries. Francois is currently a Social Media Marketing Manager at Dentsu Creative Philippines, where they create content and social media strategies for brands such as Jollibee, Canon, and Maxicare. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Cebu Ocean Park and as a Marketing Intern at Kimberly-Clark Professional. Francois has also gained experience in organizational development as an Organizational Development Trainee at AHA! Behavioral Design, where they wrote content, developed creative materials, and led a team of field researchers. Additionally, they have interned at RunRio Events, Inc. as an Events Intern and at Century Properties Group, Inc. as a Deployment Intern. Furthermore, Francois has represented the Philippine Fencing Association as a National Athlete from 2012 to 2015.

Francois Licono pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences majoring in Organizational and Social Systems Development from 2013 to 2017 at De La Salle University. After completing their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at De La Salle University in 2018, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing Communications. In this program, they are focusing their studies on Marketing and Advertising.
