Spencer Horner is the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics for the Denver Broncos. Spencer has over eight years of experience in marketing, with a focus on database marketing and lead generation. Prior to their current position, Spencer was the Sr. Manager of Database Marketing for the LA Galaxy, responsible for the planning, strategy, design, and execution of all email marketing campaigns. Spencer also ran point on all lead generation and data acquisition strategies, oversaw all database segmentation including email, CRM, direct mail and digital advertising campaigns, and was the administrator over the CRM system. Spencer started their marketing career as a Marketing Specialist for the City of Rexburg, where they were responsible for graphic design for print material and signage, filmed, produced, and edited video campaigns for city business development, and launched and managed social media campaigns. Spencer then became a Marketing Analyst for AMX International before moving on to their current role with the Denver Broncos.
