Victor Saldivar

Victor Saldivar has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Victor began their career in 1999 as the Chief Engineer at Extended Stay America, where they worked until 2002. Victor then joined Marriott International as the Chief Engineer for five years. In 2007, they joined Magnolia Hotels as the Assistant Director of Engineering and was recently promoted to the role of Director of Engineering in November 2020.

Victor Saldivar completed their education in the field of Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician from Lee College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. After that, they pursued a Certificate in Chemical Process Technology from San Jacinto College starting in 1998. Victor also obtained an HVAC Universal Technician Certification from the Mainstream Engineering Corporation EPA Certified in January 1995. Additionally, they have no specified education or degree from Houston Community College.
