Sushmitha Diwakar

Sushmitha Diwakar has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2012. Sushmitha began their career at FAVE Marketing Solutions as a Relationship Research Executive. In 2012, they were also a Google INK Ambassador for the Google INK Ambassadors Network Program, an internet literacy program rolled out across India. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Conference Coordinator for The INK Conference in association with TED. Sushmitha then moved on to INKtalks as an Operations Executive and Senior Operations Executive. From 2017 to 2019, they were an IT Analyst & OCM Team Coordinator and SAP CRM Customer Marketing Analyst. CSM & CSPO at /N SPRO, where they worked with the Tractor Supply Company. Most recently, they were the Chief Operating Officer, Head of Engagement, and Engagement Manager at DePalma Studios.

Sushmitha Diwakar is currently a LEAD Program Candidate (2020 - 2021) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, studying Organizational and Innovational Leadership. Previously, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Christ University, Bangalore (2013 - 2015). Sushmitha also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Electronics from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College (2009 - 2012) and a Pre-University in PCMB from NMKRV College for Women (2007 - 2009). Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions, including Certified Agile Leadership 1 from Scrum Alliance (2020), BA - Business Analyst Competency Development Program from ZaranTech (2017), CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance (2018), Certified Scrum Master - CSM from Scrum Alliance (2017), and Negotiation - A Leadership Program from Rizing.
