Emmanuel Bonnet

Emmanuel BONNET is an experienced IT leader with a comprehensive background in information security and management. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Département des Hauts-de-Seine since March 2016, Emmanuel specializes in defining and implementing security policies while modernizing information systems through hybrid solutions. Prior to this role, experience includes Senior Vice President & COO at Veolia Environnement, where responsibilities encompassed global IT management and the establishment of Shared Services Centers. Additional roles span over two decades, including positions at Converteam, GE Energy Power Conversion, Capgemini, and IBM Global Services. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from École Polytechnique and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from ENSEEIHT.
