Jane Wilkinson

Jane Wilkinson is an experienced content design professional with a strong background in leading and developing content strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead Content Designer at DWP Digital since October 2019, Jane has also held positions as Senior Content Designer and Content Designer. Additionally, Jane contributes as a Lead Educator for the Introduction to Content Design online course with the UK Civil Service since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Jane worked at HM Revenue & Customs from February 2004 to October 2019, focusing on transactional services and A/B testing within personal tax accounts. Earlier career positions included Content Designer for GOV.UK, as well as various roles in web publishing and communications.
