Mahra al-Ameri

Mahra Al-Ameri currently serves as a Third Sector Senior Specialist at the Department of Community Development since August 2023. Previously, Mahra held the position of Team Lead Government Relations at the Abu Dhabi Government Media Office from April 2019 to July 2023, and prior to that, worked as a Cultural Communications Specialist at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from September 2014 to March 2019. Initial roles included a Communications Developee at Abu Dhabi Ports from September 2013 to June 2014 and an internship at The National Newspaper in late 2012, where Mahra published five articles. Mahra holds a Bachelor of Communication and Media Sciences with a focus on Converged Media from Zayed University, completed in 2012, and a High School Diploma from Sheikh Zayed Private Academy.
