Sylvia Ghattas

Sylvia Ghattas is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Special Projects Manager at the Department of Community Development since February 2022, Sylvia has previously held significant roles, including Manager of Change Management, Talent & Organizational Development at the Central Bank of The U.A.E. from October 2016 to February 2022, and Associate Vice President of strategy at Emirates Islamic from January 2013 to October 2016. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Emirates NBD and The Boston Consulting Group, as well as an internship at Al Watany Bank Egypt. Sylvia holds a BBA and a BA in Economics & Finance from The American University in Cairo, completing studies there in 2009.
