Rene Raphael Guina

Rene Raphael Guina is an experienced legal and project management professional, currently serving as Project Manager IV at the Department of Finance since 2020. Prior to this role, Rene held positions as Senior Associate at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia from June 2013 to 2019 and at Villaraza Cruz Marcelo & Angangco Law Offices from May 2007 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, Rene worked as an Associate at Jimenez Gonzales Liwanag Bello Valdez Caluya & Fernandez from April 2005 to April 2007. Rene holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management, both from Ateneo de Manila University, completing these degrees in 2004 and 2000, respectively.
